Order Processing

Normal order processing time is one business day (Monday – Friday). 99% of orders ship the business day following the day they are placed.

Orders are shipped from our San Luis Obispo, CA warehouse, or one of our distribution partner warehouses across the US. 


Standard Free Shipping 

We like to own as much of the supply chain as feasible for our products, and don't think shipping fees should get in the way of our customer experience. That's why we offer free shipping standard on all orders. 


Orders placed with free shipping will be sent using USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground depending on the shipping weight and order contents.Orders placed with expedited shipping selected will be sent via the faster of UPS 2nd day air or Priority mail.  



Shipping Methods and Delivery

The following shipping methods are available: Standard Free Shipping (2 – 6 business days). If you wish to receive your items sooner, we offer UPS Second Day AIr for a Fee (2 business days). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery except for orders shipped using USPS (Saturday delivery). Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. 


Expedited Shipping

Second Day Air is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders placed will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. If you need next day shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please use the live chat or support email. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is available for Alaska or Hawaii for an additional fee.
